How to Analyze and Solve Worry Problems

I think there comes a time in everyone’s life where a problem or a worry over something consumes us. Beside the fact that it’s not healthy (where you do think the term “worry yourself sick” comes from?), it also unproductive.

I recently had a problem that was gnawing away at me and I came upon this video from Dale Carnegie. Although the voice-over is by someone else, the lessons taught and complied in it are all his.

It helped me … and maybe it can help you with whatever you’re grappling with at the moment. And even if you have no current worries, file away the lessons contained in this video because one day you’ll need to draw upon them to get through a challenge.

This post brought to you by the good folks at Dale Carnegie Alabama.  We would love to connect with you on Facebook!
