It’s always exciting when you can announce a “first.” And Dale Carnegie Training of Birmingham, Alabama, is pleased to announce that we’ll be offering our very first live online webinar, “How to Communicate with Diplomacy and Tact.”

This is a time-spaced program that meets for 3 hours, once a week for 4 weeks. The class begins Monday, Nov. 29.

We all have those people in our lives who seem to always know what to say and how to say it — no matter the situation. Well, now you can possess those skills as well. “How to Communicate with Diplomacy and Tact” will teach you dexterity and grace in dealing with new or trying situations, how to recognize how you come across to others, how to speak honestly and confidently, how to present yourself as powerful but not intimidating and much more.

And don’t worry about the fact that you’re not taking the class in person. You’ll still have access to Dale Carnegie’s world-class trainers and techniques from your desktop and enjoy a fully interactive environment with your fellow classmates and trainers.

This course will also help you disagree agreeably, control your hot buttons so that you respond instead of react, and maintain your composure when criticized.
